Upgrade from Version 3.x to Version 4.

Version 4 is necessary to run most modern PDA/Phones. Version 4 adds compatibility for Windows Mobile 6.5, 6.0 and versions of WM 2005 where the screen resolution is other than 320 x 240 pixels. Version 4 will still requires a touch screen. The following identifies some of the enhancements made:
